  see the 10/17/2014 post.. coupled with the scandals of the megachurches lately many christians are asking questions for the first time on how things have gotten this way and where is the holy spirit to protect the church and people.. .

  I think at a local level that might be the case particularly with smaller commuities, but this doesn't address the fact that AMGE CHURCHES are springing up in metropolitan areas right and left.

  Well, this pretty much addresses any question of whether they are going to abandon 1914 or not. If anyone mentions "abandon" again, just tell them the ORG is embracing it with "WILD ABANDON!"

  my girlfriend's dad who is 82 lost his second wife to cancer last october.

  while she was dying, he secretly was seeing another woman, in her 60s.

  long story short, a month after the wife's death, they both moved in together and in early june , they secretly got married.

  Fear of death is an interesting thing. Many elderly men start manifesting wierd behaviour. They question their beliefs, they question their choices, they question their feelings and the seven-year-itch may not reveal itself until they are quite elderly.

  until the scientific method came along, your guess was as good as mine.. science differed from opinion by qualifying hypothesis with testing and something called falsifiability.. what was it?.

  you have to find a way to state a scientific theory by making it disprovable!.

  if you have the theory "all swans are white" it is testable and disprovable how?.

  so, even if jws of the great crowd are found faithful and sparred at armageddon, they still have to prove faithful at the final judgement at the end of 1,000 years, right?

  or, are jws of the great crowd assured they will pass the final judgement.

  two tests doesnt sound fair!.

  Didn't care much for Jaracz, he's one of the reasons I lost the belief in the whole 144,000 thing, I mean, if he was chosen worthy as one of those to rule as a king and priest for 1000 years and that little old faithful brother in my congregation that is so warm and compassionate isn't, something had gone awry quite terribly with the selection process.
